We welcome all of our clients and do everything to the best of our ability to make you feel comfortable and at home. Regardless of what brings you through our doors, you can expect to leave with more knowledge and personal empowerment than when you arrived. Our sanctuary is extremely unique and
your experience will be freeing, grounding, and worthwhile in regards to your personal needs of healing and wellness.

Your Massage

Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to fill out a health history form. If you desire, you can print it out online and bring it with you already completed to your first appointment.

We will discuss any aches and pains you have and what goals you have for your massage session.

Your therapist will leave the room while you disrobe and get on the massage table. We are trained to drape you discreetly and to protect your privacy at all times.

If you are getting a Reiki session, wear comfortable clothes for your appointment as they will remain on.

If you are having Myofascal Release work done, men will need to bring a pair of gym shorts and women will need a bikini, or shorts and a sports bra.

During your massage it is very important that you keep your therapist informed on the quality of their pressure. Feedback allows the therapist to tailor the massage to your individual needs. Also, feel free to let them know if you would like the music, table temperature, or anything else changed so you get the best experience from your massage.

Relax and enjoy your massage! There is no need to assist your therapist with any movements, as doing so can hinder the work being done.

Please let your therapist know if you have any questions or concerns before, during, or after your massage.
