Each visit begins with a consultation to determine goals and treatment plan. Different techniques and styles of massage may be utilized in one session. Your needs and wishes are always considered by our therapist when choosing the services that are best for your session.
Swedish Massage
30 min: $45 | 60 min: $90 | 90 min: $135
Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. The massage strokes will go in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart.
Myofascial Release (MFR)
60 min: $90 | 90 min: $135
Myofascial Release is a safe and effective hands on technique that addresses restrictions and imbalances of the connective tissue in the body. It is used to promote wellness, decrease or eliminate pain and restore movement.
Prenatal Massage
60 min: $90 | 90 min: $135
Specialized comfort for the Mommy-to-be. Massage is performed with the use of a preggy pillow which allows mom to lay safely and comfortably on her belly while getting her back massaged. Side lying position may be used if that is preferred.
Deep Tissue Massage
30 min: $45 | 60 min: $90 | 90 min: $135
Deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue and is used to release chronic muscle tension and adhesions.
Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)
30 min: $45 | 60 min: $90 | 90 min: $135
Neuromuscular Therapy concerns itself with bringing relief from soft tissue pain and dysfunction. The focus of the work is to find the origin of the pain and address it.
Hot Towel Foot Massage & Scrub
This treatment can be added on to any massage session and is designed for those clients who work on their feet all day or who just love their feet pampered. A full 15 minutes of pure bliss using hot towels to soothe and relax, massage to release tension, and sea salt scrub to detoxify and exfoliate. Your feet will love this treat!
Couples Massage
Starting at $160 for 60 min | 90 min: $240
Allow us to pamper you and your partner together. Two massage tables are placed in the same room and each person will receive their preferred massage. Couples Massages must be scheduled via email or phone.

WITH MELISSA

Melissa blends her experience, expertise, and intuition to provide her clients with customized treatments. Myofascial release, bodywork, Reiki, dialoguing, and essential oils are commonly used during the sessions. Just want a relaxing massage? Sure, Melissa can do that, too!
