In stressful times we love reaching for comfort food and junk food, but that’s not always the best thing for us. Eating poorly puts more stress on our bodies and our immune systems making us more susceptible to illness. So here are a few ideas for healthy delicious meals you can make at home!
Personally I love canned tuna and salmon. Both are great sources of protein and affordable….and they require no cooking either!

My personal go to is a simple baked sweet potato topped with avocado, salt, pepper and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Its fast, easy, filling and chock-full of vitamins, nutrients and fiber. Plus is yummy!
